Our approach involved in-depth discussions and market research to understand the needs of both salons and users. Identifying the gap in the market, we focused on creating a solution that addresses these challenges by simplifying appointment booking and salon management.
We developed two interconnected solutions: a software platform for salons and a user-friendly mobile application and website for customers. The salon software enables service management and appointment tracking, while the user interface allows clients to browse services, read reviews, and book appointments easily. The system sends real-time notifications to salons upon user reservations, enhancing operational efficiency and improving customer experience. We have created a portal for the salon itself so that they are able to track team performance, appointments, calendars, monthly reports, profits and dashboard analytics.
