The request process is currently a tedious task which leads to stakeholders calling BeSafe to submit requests. They have no visibility over the progression of their requests and rely on phone calls and emails to follow up with requests. The primary objective of the portal is to streamline requests and communications between Besafe and key stakeholders.
We were unable to conduct interviews and user testing throughout the project due to restrictions placed by the client. Therefore we conducted a comparative study to determine the features needed for the product. This research gave us insights into worthy features that could be implemented and allowed us to build out the base architecture of the portal.
Apart from this we analysed the current booking form to understand the user journey and gather information on requirements of each inspection report type.
The front end development for this project is currently in progress.
A future state journey map was created to map out each stakeholder’s journey within the platform and identify specific tasks the portal would need to support.

Clean and simplistic interface design. We expanded the brand colours within the design system to include accent colours to identify agents and solicitors.
