Graysync’s aim is to streamline and enhance project management by integrating a software that incorporates several aspects into one portal. This portal includes several functionalities such as generating reports, tracking project profitability through timesheets, tracking project progress and employee timesheets, and generating invoices. It allows companies to effectively monitor the financial health of their projects and provides clients with visibility into project progress.
Previously, there was a lack of organization in project management, resulting in ineffective tracking of employee productivity and project profitability. Without a visual tool to monitor these aspects, it was difficult for companies to assess if their projects were profitable or if employees were working efficiently.
